ENKA ACQUIRES PARK HOUSE
ENKA UK Properties Ltd has acquired Park House, 16–18 Finsbury Circus, marking a significant new chapter for this distinguished City of London landmark.
Originally constructed in 1912, Park House occupies a prominent position overlooking Finsbury Circus, one of the Square Mile’s most recognisable green spaces. The building combines a richly detailed Edwardian façade with substantial, adaptable office accommodation in the heart of the City.
The acquisition reflects ENKA’s long-term confidence in London and its commitment to creating high-quality workplaces in exceptional locations. Park House will be carefully repositioned to meet the evolving requirements of modern occupiers, while respecting the architectural character that defines the building.
With approximately 18,208 sq m of net lettable area, Park House provides a rare opportunity to deliver a contemporary working environment at scale within a heritage City address. Its location offers immediate access to Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Bank, connecting occupiers to the City, the West End and beyond.
Park House is set to become an address that brings together heritage, connectivity, sustainability and workplace performance. Further updates on the building’s refurbishment programme and available office accommodation will be announced in due course.
